To ensure a smooth and effective partnership, we, as your pool service provider, rely on your cooperation and support. Below is a clear and concise list of expectations we have from you to help us maintain your pool in top condition, deliver exceptional service, and avoid any misunderstandings. These expectations are based on standard practices that foster a strong, collaborative relationship for the best pool care experience.
1. Provide Clear Access to the Pool Area
Ensure the pool area is accessible during scheduled service visits. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and clearing any obstacles (e.g., furniture, toys, or debris) that might hinder our technicians’ ability to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
2. Timely Communication
Inform us of any issues with your pool (e.g., cloudy water, equipment malfunctions, or unusual noises) as soon as you notice them to prevent escalation and costly repairs.
Respond to our communications, such as scheduling confirmations, service reports, or repair estimates, in a timely manner to keep maintenance on track.
Notify us of any changes to your schedule, such as vacations or events, that might affect service needs or access to your property.
3. Adhere to Payment Terms
Pay invoices promptly to avoid service interruptions. We offer convenient payment options like autopay and online payment for ease.
4. Responsible Pool Usage
Follow our recommendations for pool care between visits, such as avoiding overuse of chemicals, and reporting high bather loads (e.g., after parties) that may require extra balancing.
Refrain from changing pool equipment settings or adding chemicals as this can disrupt water balance or damage systems, leading to additional costs.
5. Provide Feedback and Report Concerns
Share feedback about our services, whether positive or constructive, so we can continually improve and tailor our work to your needs.
